Robin Mountford, PA-C

Robin is wonderful, I had a virtual visit with her regarding flu & flu mitigation (my fiancé tested positive for influenza) and I am getting feverish. She was very kind, thorough, knowledgable and listened to me. I saw none of the negative characteristics that others unfortunately saw. There are many benefits to seeing a PA. Firstly, they are available, we are seeing a historic shortage of doctors. Secondly, more and more physicians are not getting their MD or PHd. This can lead to more knowledge within their practice, my General Practitioner is a PA. My psych is a PMHNP DNP, and I see specialists that are MDs. They all have their specialities. Getting physicians into the field is good–regardless of what comes after their name. To villainize and judge physicians based on their title, not their practice and character is not just ignorant, it's damaging our society.

Robin has been the most amazing PA-C to have my family see for the last few years. Her professionalism, knowledge, patience, and understanding of the Patient is second to none.

I have been seeing Robin for several years now and like her very much. She takes time to understand my needs and concerns. She also is not "stuck" on only pharmaceutical treatment. She looks at my healthcare holistically and with much thought on what is best for me. I would recommend her to others looking for a good Physician's Assistant.

The first time we saw her, she was very condescending. The second visit, she was abrupt and irritable. When my husband went back for a follow-up, she was rude, snide, impatient, and very condescending towards him. We also were under the impression that we were seeing a doctor, not a physician assistant.

Robin is rude, abrupt, and does not listen to us. We have been seen by her twice, and both times she ignored our complaints and got frustrated with us when we asked for clarification. She is the epitome of a doctor assuming patients know nothing.

She seems significantly less knowledgeable than other physicians at the office. Found out why. No one told us and we thought we were getting a doctor appointment. She's a Physician's Assistant. The info is available on Zenith's website, but they don't say so when you're getting and appointment.
