Dr. Robin Lacey, PHD

Was pleased in the beginning but then sessions would be cancelled. Times I was already on my way as I come from 30 miles away. There is no privacy. You hear all conversations, see other patients and the receptionist doesn't try to keep quiet with HIPAA no less. When Dr. Lacey is late your session suffers because she wants to get back on track. Covid obviously impacted the face to face. But slowly once things opened again she said we could work on titrating down to 1/week to 1/month. Great! If used her for my job as well as my dx. And some personal stuff with my wife. But shortly after the lowering of visits I called to make my next appointment and was told she no longer has room for me and needs to terminate our professional relationship. I was floored especially when we had been working towards termination but in a healthy, professional, symbiotic way. By abruptly cancelling, not speaking to me myself is unprofessional, sophomoric and potentially harmful. I would absolutely never recommend this therapist

Dr. Lacey is absolutely wonderful! She is intuitive, respectful & caring. Even with Covid restrictions, I have easily scheduled phone appointments. Could not be more satisfied!

Excellent care from Dr. Lacey, the receptionist too! ,This is a great, very kind, and caring staff!

Had a appt. in June go there no one showed. Called back in June the earliest I could be seen was end of August. Made appt for August and upon calling to confirm I was told I do not have any appt and the earliest she could see me was end of September.
