Robin Giles, NP

I'm so upset. I was forced to see her because my OB left and she dismissed everything I said. She wanted me to do tests that weren't safe where I am in pregnancy, is convinced that I have multiple issues by just looking at me. She put me on medicine that's not ok for me and if she checked my history she would know that. Absolutely disgusting how I've been treated.

Terrible bed side manners. Also not a good scientist. I have a heavy family history and she waved her hand looking annoyed. I think it was obvious she doesn't know much about DES which is really a demonstration of incompetence in her field. I came for a pregnancy that I felt was going to be an early miscarriage. She denied all of my previous miscarriages, said they were delayed periods. I showed her all of my positive pregnancy tests, crying, she refused to look at them. She had me pee on a stick, it was 3pm and I had drunk a gallon of water, I was also just pregnant, my tests were barely positive yet. She didn't like the faint line on her stick and said I wasn't pregnant. She also lied saying her stick was a 5ui when the Dr previously told me it was a 25. She didn't listen to me. Didn't acknowledge my 6 previous miscarriages. Refused to prescribe me progesterone. Refused to refer me to anyone. I miscarried and I was diagnosed with a blood clotting disorder. This nurse is dangerous.

Robin was fantastic. She really listened to my concerns and provided excellent care. She took great care of me and told me exactly what to expect during my first Pap smear and made me as comfortable as possible while informing me about what she was doing. I am so grateful I ended up in her office because I feel like she genuinely cares and wants to help!

Robin is an extremely kind and caring person. I have been seeing her for my annual wellness exams for the past several years. She is very gentle and I've never experienced any pelvic pain after an exam, which has happened in the past. She is very easy to talk to and a great listener. I called her medical assistant about a prescription refill, and she really went above and beyond to help me. I would recommend Robin to any woman without hesitation, particularly if doctor visits make you nervous!

Robin Giles is a Nurse Practitioner for all Tucson Genesys clinics. Not only is she cold and uncaring, but she is always in a huge rush, does not remember the conditions she is treating, and does not bother to even look at the notes from previous visits. On top of that, she pushed a Nexplanon implant as treatment for adenomyosis, which only made things worse, then she botched the removal and cut into the arm and caused extreme pain and discomfort, and had to go through another doctor. Terrible!
