This "provider" is an absolute joke. Went to the first scheduled visit with my terminally ill family member, arrived 15 minutes early as instructed. We were left to wait for an obscene period of time for such an ill person, the provider finally arriving 35 minutes in to an hour long appointment. Nothing substantial came out of this meeting, neither of us were sure of her role in the care plan. Scheduled another appointment for one month later. Needed support and palliative/hospice care weeks prior to the next appt. Reached out via phone, was called back by a receptionist. Explained the dire situation, never received another call. The next week, had to be admitted, end of life. Requested hospice care. NEVER responded. Spent the final hours with no hospice care/support for family or patient until patient succumbed to death. If anyone suggests this "provider" to you, RUN the other way. You will get nothing out of it except a bill.
