My 6 month check on my 2nd pair of hearing aids was thorough & extensive. I had my first pair for over 6 years, and while they still worked well, I needed an upgrade due to hearing changes. The new ones are great and I now can hear the turn signals in my car. Dr. Carson knew just what I needed in the new pair and after 6 months made a couple of adjustments that improved them even more. She has to be the best in the DFW area!

You can’t ask for more than the best;expert audiologists, finest equipment, working like a family and making you feel like part of the family as well.

The visit included a fresh and objective assessment of my hearing loss. Then, possible causes were discussed and a plan for improvement was initiated. The evaluation was thorough and I perceived genuine interest in my case.

Dr. Carson was highly knowledgeable in determining what kind of hearing loss I have and suggested the best hearing aids for my type of hearing loss. She was very upfront and honest about the different options and costs and did not try to oversell me. She gave a clear explanation of her assessment and educated my wife and I using a lot of visual aids, graphs and studies. We left having a clear understanding of our situations. To top it off, Dr. Carson if very kind and she made our visit very enjoyable. We highly recommend her.

I have been using hearing aids for over 40 years and Carson Hearing Care has help me more in 6 years than all the others l have been to in the past. They care about their patients and work hard to meet their hearing needs.
