I saw Robin through remote visits for over a year during the worst of the pandemic, mostly on a weekly basis. She is a very warm, kind, and compassionate person who I quickly felt comfortable opening up to. I'm an adult creative professional with ADHD and I really felt she understood and had helpful solutions for my destructive and/or unhelpful patterns that had built up around that. She helped me identify and examine a lot of types of thinking that were not serving me well. She was also very good at gently redirecting my focus where it was needed, and giving me a big picture perspective when I was too stuck on minutiae. I had to stop seeing her due to financial reasons but I appreciated her patience and empathy. I'd highly recommend her to any other adults with ADHD struggling with being a square peg in a world built for round ones.
