Horrible Dr, horrible staff! Don't go here!
My sister has been a patient of Dr. Joseph since the beginning of 2024. She ordered a CGM for her at the beginning of the year. Her insurance company has been trying to get more information from the office to get the approval. The office hasn't responded. My sister is a brittle diabetic & has major complications because of it. Her diabetic retinopathy is worsening, her foot has developed ulcers. She has fallen multiple times & we had to call 911 to help. The fire department sent out a social worker to see what they can do after the fact. The SW contacted the office to let them know she needed to be referred to an endo. That was 3 months ago. She still hasn't. The dr hasn't even adjusted her insulin.
