When I first came to him I could barely move my head. Severe pain. Been going about two months and mobility is better and not as much pain. My MD prescribed me a muscle relaxer but, it didn't relieve any of my pain so I discontinued that and used ice as directed. U ha e seen this chiropractor about eight years ago. And would go back in the future. Love the pillow I bought and they were generous enuff to add that along to my monthly payments. Thank you all for ur wonderful care. Kathy Brady
