Switched providers recently and had the luck of getting Rob Mayer for my establishment appointment with Providence in Gresham. Suffice it to say, Rob takes the cake in three categories: Firstly, I've never visited with a more approachable and genial caregiver; Secondly, this guy knows his stuff; and, thirdly, he's got the personality -- and he generously takes the time -- to ensure he conveys that knowledge accessibly and considerately. Cool guy, great nurse.
