Knowledgeable and kind
I was sent to OAM for a shoulder issue. I was pleasantly surprised to get an appt with such a thorough, clear, friendly PA who gave options for care rather than pushing me to surgery right away. All my follow up visits have been the same, very pleasant and informative. If I have any questions or concerns, I feel very comfortable asking Rob.

He imparts a “We are in this together” vibe!
He is the gate keeper to your solution. Calm, matter of fact, and knowledgeable. He explains your situation, lays out your options, covers all the pros and the cons openly and honestly. If you ask for his opinion, you’ll get it. Regardless of your decision, he will support you and is always just a phone call or text away. If you are new to approaching orthopedic solutions, Rob is the best place to start!

Excellent Care
The last time I saw Rob was in 2006, when he took the cast off my broken elbow. Came recently to see him about Elbow Bursitis. After ordering x-rays, we discussed what to do about the bursitis, and the rest of the time, we talked like old friends. I'd recommend him to anyone.

I seen Robert Houser on my follow up appointment! He was very professional, he removed my steristripes, trimmed excess stitches, told me everything looks great, also gave me picture of my shoulder from exrays, showing my new joints, very nice gentleman!
