Dr Horne is very good, competent and skilled. A very patient and insightful psychologist that listens and gives excellent advice. Trustworthy and honest. I would highly recommend his services to anyone in need of quality mental health.

dr. horne is genuine in what he does, he cares,listen, and shares to where one understands and can open one up to share with ease i have been seeing dr. horne for @ least 10 years??he is the best I've seen,aloha!
