Dr. Robert Bolduc Jr, OD

It wasn't that wonderful doctor but the receptionist that answer the phone ( called around 8:30 in the morning on 10-13-23) I hurt my eye some during the night. Look really bad and I hate taking the time out of my day to address issues. It was the loved ones in my life and others that said, “you need to be looked at!” I waited a full day thinking it would get better, well it got worse! I decided to call and ask to be seen. The receptionist asked what going on. I told her the above and she asked if it hurt and I said not really. My eye is dry and I am feel that something is there. She added it doesn't hurt, and I said not really. She said sounds like you busted a blood vessel. I told her I don't know what I did I was sleeping. And I added that the half of my eye was red and it was not vascular. She started to say well my be you just hurt it and but if it doesn't hurt than maybe it's nothing! I asked her if she was a doctor! She said no but I have to ask you these questions. What more can I tell you, just make me and appointment so I can be seen by a real doctor! She started of in on other direction... than my request. And I hung up! I haven been with Dr Bulduc forever ‘20 plus years and my whole family. This sweet man retired, very deserving I might add. If he was there this would had never happened! I had always been given an appointment when I asked!
