Dr Drummond was thorough in her exam of my eye health and vision. I highly recommend her.

Inadequate services provided. Went in for a general I exam to include refraction for new glasses. This optometrist was very impersonal, and had very poor chair side manner. Very little explanations were given as to the condition of the vision and eyes. This optometrist seemed rushed and interested only in completing as many patients as possible, perhaps due to corporate greed? Did not perform exams normally included in an annual eye exam, such as condition of cataracts. Was told by receptionist that this was only a refraction exam and that other Eye checks would require a different appointment, presumably for additional charges. I don’t intend to ever use this office ever again. I am used to much better service and more complete examination in an annual eye exam.

On time did not have to wait my time was for 3pm and saw the doctor at that time

Very disappointed. After a nightmare experience scheduling and finally getting surgery, this follow up was the FIRST time i was told that vision without glasses was THE GOAL and that I have near sightedness and a stigmatisim and 'let's get you some glasses'. I was told by Dr. Luke I wouldn't need glasses for distance. Now, I'm angry and would like to speak with someone about this.

Friendly and professional

They took forever to attend us. Our appointment was at 3 and 3:20pm, they didn't take us in until 4:30 and 6pm. How is this possible? Better scheduling system needed

Beautiful place to visit, everyone were very friendly. Dr. Drummond made me feel comfortable.Young lady I believe her name was Sabrina was excellent in helping me find the right frames and with what my insurance covered. What really impressed me about her was making sure I would be happy with my choices. Overall visit was great, my time was respected by seeing me at my appointment time which is much appreciated.

Dr Drummond is very thorough and professional. Explains the exams as we progressed and related the results completely. Answered every question I had!
