Richard was extremely unethical in his treatment of me. The slightest bit of critical thinking would have revealed that I was in an abusive family situation, but acknowledging that would have put Richard out of a paycheck, so he wouldn't go near such observations with a ten foot pole. Instead, he just pushed strong neuroleptics on me as if it would solve the problem. Apparently, captive patient markets are the norm for Richard, as he does evaluations for various correctional facilities in NYC.
