Felt abandoned
I came in with a very infected, inflamed cyst. I had already been given an antibiotic for several days and it was just getting worse. He refused to do anything with it and told me to come back in 6 weeks. After the round of antibiotics was over it was still swollen and infected so I called back. The nurse seemed really grossed out by my problem and said someone would call me back. I got a call at 2:34pm on a Friday afternoon (the office closes at 2). I called right back at 2:36 and the office was closed. No help. Meanwhile, three urgent cares refused to treat it and my only options are the ER & my insurance won’t cover it because it’s not an emergency. So it’s a holiday weekend, I’m in pain, it feels like it’s burning, and it’s growing by the day with no medicine. I’m not impressed with this healthcare provider.

The staff as a whole is very nice and helpful. I've been to many skin doctors and I am most happy with this group
