Dr. Richard Rigsby, OD

I have always looked forward to my annual visits to see Dr Richard Rigsby. I can expect a kind word and an ease and calm in the atmosphere he and his team creates. I've found him to be knowledgeable in determining the type of care needed for my conditions.

I have been a very satisfied patient of Dr. Richard Rigsby for about 30 years, most recently last week. Need I say more?

Dr. Richard Rigsby takes time to listen to you. He is prompt. Very thorough, does not rush through the appointment.

Dr. Rigsby has been my eye doctor for quite some time. However, 2 years ago he dilated my eyes in the evening and expected me to drive home to New Braunfels. I had to stop on 1604 and wait almost 2 hours so that my vision was clear enough to continue home. I thought that it was just a mistake. But, at this moment, I am still waiting for a refund for contacts that I wasn't able to wear. I have been waiting since May 22, 2017. I have written, called and written again with still NO response.

I wish I had gone there to see him before wasting time with others. He's extremely knowledgeable and his years of experience can't go wrong. I'm glad I found him and my dry eyes are improving day after day. I waited around 10minutes to see him and I spent at least 40 minutes between talking to him and having exams. He's a 5 stars professional. I would recommend him to anyone.
