This psychologist is coasting to retirement. He doesn’t study the notes he’s taken from prior sessions so he forgets what you said. He listens Most of the time and doesn’t have much constructive feedback. He has the same pat answers for emotions and doesn’t help you dig into what you are feeling or why. I’m not really sure if he has an approach or strategy for helping people get better.
