Rick was able to help me hear so much clearer with the new rechargeable hearing aids. I especially love the convince of in home visits since I don’t drive any more. Ibis prices were the best.

Rick has been taking care of my hearing aids for 7 years. He has helped me to hear conversations so much better. Always pleasant, professional and accommodating. I don’t know what I would do without his help. Love that he comes to my apartment to service me since I gave up driving. His pricing is half of what I paid for my older pair. Sold us on hearing aids for my mom based on him stating that he could be there any time to adjust or fix them as he was at the senior living facility every week. Spent much more than we might have with that assurance of continued service. Called about a year later as her hearing aids were cutting out or not working several times during a week. He called back a few days later and scheduled an appointment for the following week. He showed up in a foul mood and when he learned they were working at that time, rudely told my 94 year old mother she wasted his time. She asked him to check them because of the issues and without checking said they are working and stormed out the door. Go to a reliable business and stay away from this rude man.

Excellent timely service for over 4 years. I love that he comes to our senior living facility since I no longer drive.

Rick has fitted both my husband and myself with hearing aids and we are extremely happy with them. Especially pleased with the TV attachment which sends sound directly into the aids.

He is always late for appts. He is rude and a bully. He yells at you when asked a question. Refers you to mfgr instead of following up on behalf of the client. Take a tranquilizer before dealing with this person. Do not deal with this individual who deserves 0 stars

Guy is a crook. Stay away

Dr Orlan was one hour late for an at home appointment with my 99 year old mother. He was very businesslike and efficient, but addressed his comments to me. He did not try to engage my mother except to talk in a fast soft voice to prove his point ( to himself) that she needed a hearing device . He gave her the test , showed me the results on a computer which indicated that she has hearing loss which could be improved by his product. Then, without showing us the product, or introducing us to the logistics or any attempt to make this device something my mother would want, he said, “Do you want hearing aids” and my mother said no. You would think that someone who works with elderly clients with hearing loss would take the time to adjust the person to the idea and advantages. But not Dr. Orlan, he abruptly shut his computer, said he’s not going to waste time with someone who’s not interested and very rudely left . I followed him to tell him that his personal relations manner was very poor.
