Dr. Richard Hyde, DC

I saw Dr. Hyde for horrible lower back issue about 7 years ago. Well, I'm 'baaaack!' As time passed, my back got tight again. His decompression & adjustment work really does the trick. Today, in fact, I sprained my back (doing something stupid at home) and went in for help. He did decompression, adjustment and this awesome stretching of the ligaments which literally relieved the pain right then and there! I'm gonna go back for more decompression etc for long-term relief. But, I have to say that he's a miracle worker in the 'fixing the back' area!

Three sessions left me in worse shape than when I started. Had to go to physical therapy for two months to feel better. I don't have much confidence in Rick's abilities. He offers no attention to detail: wait, stretch and crack (repeat).

Dr. Rick over promises and under delivers. I believe the chiropractic treatments are great, he is very good at that, but he fails at promising a health/wellness plan. He claimed he was going to provide that information for me, and i never received anything. He is paperless in his office, but they don't even emailing a receipt. Be careful paying Dr. Rick Hyde from Complete Chiropractic Care in Wheaton in full. He had changed my care plan without any consent or agreement and was trying to charge me for treatment that I had never done.
