Have used Rick for about five years. Professional, friendly, caring, in-depth explanations, takes as much time as I need, and not averse to calls outside of normal hours in an emergency. My experiences as a patient have been nothing but very positive. I have had to make a couple of very short notice appointments and Ive been able to do that.

I'm sure he has had to deal with a lot of hypochondriacs due to the field he has chose to work in but I'm not this type of person and anyone who knows me would agree to this statement. Long story short - (I also work in the medical field) When you go to someone for help and they reply with the words "you're overreacting" shouldn't be in this business at all. Also, his messenger or lady who takes all of his phone calls isn't the brightest.
