She doesn’t listen. Comes off very conceited. Went to another provider and got the treatment I needed

I had an appointment set up from the local hospital for Rhonda to serve as my PCP. Upon visiting her office, I had to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time to actually see her. Aside from that, she never once asked me about how i was feeling, and did not seem to listen when i started describing my medical history. In addition, she literally pushed back on me when I called her office asking for a refill of insulin. When she did refill it, she called it in to a pharmacy i don't even go to.
