Today was my first visit and I'm impressed. My back started spasming, and Abbey had me do the grapevine exercise. My pain subsided almost immediately. I had surgery on my neck in 2010 and was told to do neck exercises which caused intense pain. When I told Abbey about my experience, she said she wouldn't recommend those neck exercises, and she told me why. She said since my neck was fused, the exercises would cause pain "here, here & here." She pointed to the exact locations of my pain.
