This was my first pregnancy and we had recently moved to the area. Luminous Health in Crofton was convenient. This was my first pregnancy. The Doctor I had initially was supposed to be was unable to due to it being urgent. First of all if you're going to work in this profession you need to have people and social skills. I did not get that connection with Rene. I had found out I had miscarriage there was no sympathy. I felt like I was a ticket. The cause may have been fibroids because that was on the ultrasound. Rene didn't provide any knowledge on fibroids or resources. I asked questions didn't get clear answers. Instead it was try I see these case and you can try again. I don't want to try again I need to know the root cause. If Rene didn't know they could have referred or recommended a Specialist. I also felt she was cold. I would highly recommend Rene retire and wouldn't recommend their services.

Awful bedside manner. Made a lot of assumptions without even knowing me or getting to know me. Was quick to answer questions and basically talked over me. I would describe her as being rude. Will not ever be seeing her again.
