Renae is stellar. My mom is a difficult patient to say the least, and Renae's patience is above and beyond. Her knowledge was excellent, but her ability to explain it in plain language was exceptional! My mom felt confident with implementing the advice because she understood every aspect of it clearly. Reaching the front desk staff is easy, they answer the phone in person, no robots.

The people at the front are arrogant jerks and have no compassion for ANYONE. Goedhart doesn't listen to her too trusting patients at all. She just shoves an unnecessary amount of useless pills down their throats to shut them up. Get your people up front in check. Absolutely miserable experiences.

I can always get in quickly. My husband needed refills and I mentioned it at my appointment. They brought him in the room and had him see Renae even though they were behind schedule. The entire staff are caring and professional. I highly recommended Goedhart medical group
