This is the sickest I’ve been in my entire life and she didn’t even do an exam. She diagnosed me with an upper respiratory infection (without listening to my chest or lungs) and said she couldn’t rule out Covid or flu because they ran out of tests a really long time ago and weren’t getting anymore in. She then prescribed me cough syrup (cough was not one of my symptoms) and told me to take vitamin c and zinc. I felt little compassion or caring from this provider and truly didn’t feel heard about my symptoms - I did however hear about her and her daughter’s symptoms and how poorly she felt. This is not at all a representation of the quality treatment I’ve always gotten before at this practice.
