Regina Overton-Barnes, FNP

She is a wonderful, caring practitioner

Nurse Practitioner Regina Overton-Barnes is without question the most dismissive, rude, condescending and contentious individual I have ever encountered in any healthcare setting. When I scheduled the appointment, I was told I would be seeing a NP, but that my doctor would be there and that I could convey any of my concerns to the doctor. However, when NP Overton-Barnes entered the room, she summarily refused to listen to any of my input or concerns without argument from the minute she walked in the door nor would she convey them accurately to the doctor because she clearly did not care to listen. She also misrepresented the nature and dialogue from our encounter in the visit summary - to paint herself in a more favorable light, no doubt. The fact is - there were lies and embellishments in the visit summary.

So knowledgeable and kind. Excellent care in all aspects of my illness from both Regina and Dr. Swisher

Regina always takes the time to listen to everything I have to say. She knows my lungs better than I do. Always have excellent care with Regina, and with the company.
