Regina is honestly one of the best providers I have ever been to. She listens well, is smart, and has an amazing assistant (Kelly). I really enjoy coming in to her, and she is very inclusive in regards to her medical knowledge. Some providers give weird looks or essentially refuse to provide you comprehensive medical care when you ask about issues specific to LGBT patients, but she never does. In fact, she genuinely takes the time to be knowledgeable about issues specific to every type of patient population. I am grateful that a provider like her practices in Jacksonville.

Regina is the only doc, aside from my specialist, i have seen since moving to Jax more than a decade ago. I appreciate her no frills, direct talk. She might not be for everyone but i still travel 30min to get to her office to see her. I have sat and had decently long conversations during appointments and do not usually feel rushed.

I hesitate to leave a bad review, because Regina did help me get the referrals I needed at the end of the day. However, her attitude towards me and treatment of me as a patient was incredibly unpleasant. Her questioning of my symptoms was very aggressive. She acted like I was wasting her time when I was struggling to explain a complex symptom. Her questioning of one symptom started off with an accusatory “why did you wait so long to seek treatment? most other patients who have this symptom get it checked out in childhood” and she didn’t take the time to listen to the reasons why it took me so long to seek treatment. All in all, I felt like she was gaslighting me to doubt the symptoms I had been experiencing. I ended up crying after the appointment because I felt so not listened to. I don’t think I received quality care from her.

I was seeing this "doctor" for years after my previous primary doctor retired and she never once made me feel like my medical issues were valid and has the most negative attitude of an "medical professional" I have had experience with. She actually made me fearful of going to the doctor to the point that I would ignore my medical issues. I would leave her office in tears after she berated my lifestyle and refused to take my pain seriously. Basically, she convinced me that my medical problems were not real. I recently moved and have been seeing various new doctors associated with Baptist who actually listen to me. I have since been diagnosed with various problems which could have been treated years ago if she had actually listened. Thankfully, I am now receiving treatment and my quality of life is finally improving. I wish I knew better at the time and didn't keep going to her office for as long as I did. My new doctors make me feel like they actually care.

This woman is terrifying. From the moment she walks in she makes you feel as though you are wasting her time by being there. I have never had a doctor make me feel so unwelcome and uncomfortable. I have had many appointments with her and assumed I was just catching her on a bad day. But I have come to realize she really is just that cold of a person. I wouldn't recommend this doctor to my worst enemy.

Awful, terrible. Her license needs to be revoked. She misdiagnoses and thinks she knows what’s wrong with you before you ever see her! She listens to nothing that you say because she has already made up her mind about your health. I have never been to anybody with such a bad and sarcastic manner. I won’t return for sure. The office staff is unfriendly also. Too many good doctors to have to waste time with this practitioner.

This was the worst experience that I have ever had. I recommend that you do not see Regina Nolting. Not professional in any way. I was a new patient and all she did was complain about issues. For instance, the computers were not working correctly, so she called IT while I was in the room, had him on speaker phone and said she did not have time for this and what else do I need. When I tried to tell her she told me that I needed another appointment. I will not return to see her.

I've been a patient of Regina's for a few years and I absolutely love the care, time and attention that she provides. We moved recently (a 1/2 hr away) and I still travel to Reedy Branch location because I will not switch my family physician. Regina is thorough and answers all of my concerns and provides great skill, knowledge and care. My husband also chose to become a patient of hers after seeing how well she cared for me. My family is very pleased and blessed to find a wonderful family Dr.
