Reema was incredible. I visited EmUrgentCare nervous and unsure what to expect, and was blown away by the level of service that she provided. She was kind, caring, and did not act rushed or impatient. She was fully engaged in learning what brought me in that day, and went out of her way to explain everything so that I did not leave with any questions. I felt 100% confident in her abilities and knowledge. Absolutely wonderful experience; I am so thankful to have had Reema as my PA that day.
