Following an appt with Houston Eye, located in the same building, we made an appointment with the audiologist for a FREE consultation for Dad’s hearing aids. ( He’ll need two. ) She rushed through our appointment because she had another scheduled and said we could ‘call to make another appointment’ and escorted us to the exit only door. Lo and behold, ten days later, Dad gets a bill for $3200 for hearing aids .... huh? I strongly discourage using her, even if it is ‘convenient’.
