Horrible experience. This person clearly hates her job and the ER patients and only makes difficult situations much worse. I have filed a formal complaint with Patient Relations and the CEO of Regions. Word to the wise, you never know who you are treating so poorly and the nature of their personal circumstances. Judgement, condescension, profiling and "we are too busy" excuses have no place in a supposedly reputable hospital emergency room. Sadly, you are the poster child for stigma.
