Follow-up to previous review: upon arriving for colonoscopy at VA, Snyder informed me that I would not be having surgery because I did not bring a responsible driver. I reminded her of our conversation in which she said she would arrange for overnight lodging at hospital. She denied having made such a commitment, which seemed strange to me since she had accommodated me after cataract surgery last spring. "You must be so disappointed," she laughed, "but no lodging for colonoscopies is our rule."

Not a real caring person. Constantly looses paperwork. Not a good listener and not observant to say the least. Working in gastro which she has no real expertise.
