Heartless Person
I went to get help but she didn't think I was hurting so I had to get X-rays and tests. Upon return I got the "yes your are in bad shape but I don't feel I can give you anything because you had some tramadol in your blood" response. Although my Neck, Back, and all Joints had bad arthritis and the joints were needing replacing she decided to try a few injections to see if it would help. Totally Disregarding the FACT I WAS STILL HURTING and had been hurting for years before trying a legit course of action. Anyone who can look at your X-rays, your scars, your medical records and still say they wont give you anything but will TRY shots (which didn't work before) and send you out in the same painful state you were in before you came to her for help is in my opinion a sick joke and should be relieved of her license. I will never recommend her to anyone ever.

Rebecca Ralph Jones is a terrible person
I have been dealing with pain for over 20 years including several surgeries. From the moment that i saw Rebecca she immediately was talking down to me and was very snarky. She talks to me like its my problem for being in pain and she doesn't want to be bothered by it. She holds the prescription pad over my head so she feels like she can treat people anyway she wants. She didn't once offer any suggestions of how to better manage my pain. I forgot to bring my pill bottle twice and she acted like i stole money from her, she spoke at me like a step child that she hated. I was in shock! After 5 visits she kicked me out and she was enjoying letting me know that. Rebecca Ralph Jones is in the wrong profession she hates her job and takes it out on patients. She does not care.

Mrs. Rebecca is the best pain management doctor I have come in contact with. I never have to wait more than a few minutes and have never felt rushed. She always offers options to help me deal with living in pain. I have never once felt like anyone at Spectrum has held medicine over my head and have certainly never begged for medicine as someone mentioned in an earlier review. I have never been offered needless procedures. If you want a doctor that is a pill pusher, look elsewhere because you absolutely will not get it here.

I would not recommend this doctor for anyone living with chronic pain. She is very judgmental and showed no compassion for what pain can do to a person's mental and physical state. I believe that she enjoys inflicting pain on her patients more than she cares about easing their suffering . She holds the prescription overhead to see if they will beg, while charging your insurance with things such as smoking cessation and weight management that never happened. Don't waste your time or money!
