She listened to my initial issue and why I was referred and asked follow up questions to find the source of my issue. She did tests on areas that could be related to the area I was experiencing pain to see if they needed work as well. She is very bubbly and positive, her attitude and humor reduced my stress and made me feel less embarrassed about needing help. She provided a short list of exercises, explaining, demonstrating, and having me perform each one as well as supplementing a print out of instructions for each. I didn’t feel rushed and was able to ask all the questions I needed to. I would definitely recommend her. Other patients seemed satisfied with her care as her schedule is full and the front desk even commented on how good she is at her job (pinpointing what areas you need to work on). Great provider.

Rebecca listens well, tailors the exercise and treatments to the patients limitations, and treats all patients with the utmost kindness and respect. I would not hesitate to recommend her to any friend or family member who needs PT in the Charlotte area!

Very impressed by Rebecca's focus and interest in addressing the root cause(s) of my issues, rather than running me through a bunch of exercises the way many PTs seem to want to do. She's very kind and actually listens to what you have to say.
