Prescribed a controlled medicine to be filled on an exact date which fell within a 31 day month Calendar cycle and did not call the pharmacy to approve this egregious error, leaving me out of a controlled substance that is written to be taken 2x a day, every day. The suffering is endless with mindless, thoughtless, beaurucratic oversight controllers that disallow a pharmacist to do the right thing and maintain an ethical standard of quality care by filling a substance to allow for its continual
