While I truly find Ms Ehrick very easy to communicate with during the interactions I have had with her I do find that her assistant Natasha comes off rude and acts inconvenienced in my interactions with her. I have also left messages on a couple of occasions for the assistant and never receive call backs. I do not remember the name of the other assistant but she is very pleasant and accomadating.
