Mr. Polk he has always been very thorough with my family and me. He actually listens to his patients, and addresses each health issue relentlessly. I've recommended Mr. Polk to my family and friends in the past and continue to do so. I have confidence in his abilities to accurately diagnose and treat health issues, and he has a wonderful disposition as well.

Dr. Polk is a rude, judge mental man and a sad joke of a doctor. He didn't help me once and I gave him multiple chances. He doesn't care what you think, only what his big ego thinks. If your're looking for a kind Doctor who will actually make an effort to help you and seems to care, then don't see him.

Did not communicate proper procedure about medical treatment. Made quick decision that impact my life in a negative way. Staff was rude and uncaring. And now any progress I made has been Sabatoged by these quick decisions. Will not go back. Office staff very unprofessional and uncaring especially dealing with medical insurance.
