Dr. Raymond Jones, OD

It was a first time visit for me. The staff and Dr. Jones made me feel welcome. Dr. Jones explained everything he was doing and answered my questions. I never felt rushed or unimportant. His skill and knowledge made me glad he was doing my eye care. I would recommend Dr. Jones to anyone needing an eye doctor.

I have been there once & Dr. Jones was great. He did excellent with my son, was very thorough & explained things well. I made an appointment for me & my 2 children the following year 2 months in advance of our visit. We show up at the time of our appointment, & are the only patients present in the waiting room. I am advised that since I did not answer my phone the day before or call them back to verify my appointments, my appointments have been given to someone else. I checked my missed calls & voicemails & let them know that I never received a call or a voicemail from them. I am told I will have to reschedule as my appointments were given to someone else (again, the waiting rooms are completely empty). Considering I just wasted an hour of my sick time picking up kids & going to an appointment that they gave to someone else even though I was at the appointment on time, I have found a different eye doctor. Dr. Jones is great, but his staff is rude & his office policies are absurd.

I have not seen this well in years with my contacts. He is very thorough and works with you until he gets your correction as well as it can be. Very impressed.
