My experience with Ray Ortiz was through the Ventura County DUI program, as my one to one counselor as well as my group leader. I found Ray to be exceptionally patient and in tune with all of the different character personalities in the group, and able to communicate very effectively both on a logical as well as a spiritual level. Even those who entered the class full of hostility soon warmed to Ray's honesty with respect to his own life's experiences.
