She is cold and dismissive. I think she cared more about punching notes into her laptop than me, the human patient. She only asked two questions, never even reading my new patient forms. I won't be returning to Primary Care Physicians of Glen Burnie due to her poor attitude. She is young so, hopefully she can develop some interpersonal skills and learn to work with people who don't feel well. Introducing yourself when you walk in, a smile, and some compassion go a long way, Raven.
