I had "pins & needles" in both my arms. I went to O'Dell Chiropractic, saw Dr. Chris O'Dell: first visit-- my condition improved; second visit--the "pins and needles" feeling is gone. I still get adjustments till my spine and neck area is put back where it belongs.
