Hot Headed. Condescending. Irate.
If I could leave a negative star, I would. In a time of illness, one should feel safe and secure in the hands of a medical professional. This PA is the opposite of all that. Berating, yelling and talking over you is what she seemed to do best. I'm doing my best to be vague and not give personal details, as I'm actually afraid of this person after seeking medical help. She's hot-headed, condescending, and seems to have little control of her temper. I would NOT trust her with anyone in my family. Never again. I'll drive to another city to avoid someone so unprofessional and vile. She doesn't belong in the health care business or any customer service position for that matter.I hope this review saves someone the horrible experience I had.
