I was not Randi's client, however my experience was with her being the owner of Paragon. I saw Alyse there and after over a year I made no progress outside of medication helping. I've only continued to feel worse. I had a falling out with her and I thought the way she handled it made me feel extremely unsafe. I needed help. I had never spoken to Randi before, and what happened was so distressing to me I decided to call her because she's the owner and I thought it was something that should be reported and addressed. She politely brushed it off and the only solution she provided was for me to talk to my therapist, who hadn't responded to my emails after two weeks because I didn't want to go back in and talk to her. Randi only asked me what she could do to help me after I stated I planned to report them. She kept encouraging me as well to stay with that therapist, who after a year wasn't helping me, which I thought was wrong of her to repeatedly suggest and extremely unprofessional.

This review isn't for Dr. Schnur specifically, but rather the office as a whole. I had a TERRIBLE experience there. They took forever to return my calls, the new patient admin person was never around and almost never returned my calls. When she did, she would make excuses like she couldn't hear me, when I spoke very clearly, in an uncrowded area. She was obviously making excuses because she was not doing her job. The customer service was terrible and I just wanted to make an appointment. This is a doctor's office that's supposed to be taking care of people and instead they're making my life harder.

I was previously a patient of Dr. Schnur"s and ceased seeing her due to her lack of sympathy and compassion. During our last session, it became evident that she was unwilling to recognize any other opinion than hers, and thus, incapable of truly being empathetic in times of personal crisis. Dr. Schnur lacks the qualifications of a true professional.

I have been seeing Randi for over a year now and have nothing but good things to say about her. She has helped me through some very difficult things. I have seen various psychologists previously. Some were very good and some were not. Randi has been by far the most helpful for me and I trust her completely (A very big deal for me). I would recommend her to anybody.
