Wonderful adjustment, one of the best I've ever had.
Very comfortable, slow and gentle, it was safe to relax :-)
But MORE importantly he told me exactly how I'm sleeping wrongly that was causing my neck to get so compressed and how to correct it. Other chiropractors either didn't know or didn't care to give me that key. ONE appointment made a huge difference in my life.
I'll need to go a couple more times before I have *perfect* alignment but I'm not suffering any more.
