Ramonica Flagler has been working at outreach community network on Fredrick Ave in Daytona Beach with HIV patients, and when I met her she seemed like a great doctor but now I'm feeling a little different. She hold out on giving people their much needed medication when they need it most based when she wants to give it jeopardizing People's health when they know they have perfect health for many years undetectable this is crazy and she should not be allowed to do this no matter what her excuse is and she should not be doing that because as long as people do what they're supposed to do Labs whatever they should be able to receive their medication when needed no matter what the circumstances are.
