I am extremely happy that Dr. Ramona Kelemen was the doctor who performed my beard transplant. The office staff working at the Scottsdale Institute were very professional. Thanks to Dave, the hair consultant, and Leslie, the receptionist--they did an excellent job answering my questions. In the end, I decided to go with the FUE method for the beard transplant. Dr. Kelemen and her team made me feel comfortable as they drew out the beard outline and completed the Robot Artas FUE. I was provided a lunch, then after I was nice and numb from the anesthetic, Dr. Kelemen started the incisions where the grafts would go. The grafting processing was painless and quite relaxing (I fell asleep for almost the entire time). I am extremely happy with my beard transplant and highly recommend Dr. Ramon Kelemen. Dr. Kelemen is a true artist and has very skillful hands--which is needed for hair transplants. She also has a great sense of humor! She and the office staff made me feel very at ease.
