Seems to be there just to use up the time so that the insurance can be billed. Doesn’t seem like she cares about you as a person and likes to push agendas by repeatedly telling you to sign up for things not covered by insurance and that has to be paid out of pocket.

I called to make an appointment and there was music blaring in the background and the gentleman who answered the phone was extremely rude. He said they had an appointment for mid November but after being treated like I was interrupting his day for calling I am no longer interested in Ramona Beasley’s services. So sad how a bad employee can ruin the reputation of the provider.

Ramona, has been a Godsend, after my divorce I began taking my daughters ages 11 & 7 for family counseling. She has given us some amazing tools, she has become a soundboard of reason. She was able to connect with my daughters who actually ask are we going to go talk to Ms. Ramona. I would highly recommend Ramona for all your counseling needs.
