Scheduled a checkup for a new patient for 1PM . I arrived on time completed the paperwork and waited , I was asked to pay shortly after 2PM , then asked to wait more . Around 230PM I begun to complain about the wait , at this time they told me I came to a new patient 'open house' ( my words) , but I would have to wait until my turn between the hours of 1PM and 4PM . So I have to make up 3 1/2 hours of work today for no reason . Disrespectful and dishonest behavior all around .
