I felt that she was very concerned with what was going on with me. She took her time and made sure I understood everything she was telling me. Very kind

It was very professional. I'm happy with my result and I'm glad I had her look at the abrasion.

My visit was during COVID felt very safe. I checked in and was taken back tona room immediately. I did not need to sit in a waiting room The nurse and the Dr were thorough, discussed my concerns with helpful information, made a treatment plan, clearly explained it to me. And, I felt they genuinely cared for my health!

I've been to SRC urgent care twice for back issues, and twice I got Rae Boyd. She's excellent! The second time, I had an appointment for physical therapy but I could not wait for pain relief. I was clear with her I wasn't looking for narcotics, and she was able to find a mold muscle relaxer for me so I could continue to work while waiting for physical therapy. I would be thrilled to have her as my RN again

Everything was good until she sent my prescription to one pharmacy and my son's to a different pharmacy and then acted like I was an inconvenience for calling and asking for it to be transferred to the correct one ?? extra 40 minutes while we're both sick as hell waiting for prescriptions. She was very rude when I had to call. I had been seen here on Monday and everything was great. Different Dr of course.

My daughter recently saw her for dry residual cough from an URI. I was not impressed, she was very rude and disrespectful. Kept telling me that my daughter did not have an infection which I knew. I tried to explain that she had missed so much school due to lack of sleep from the dry cough and all I needed was tessalon pearles or a codiene cough syrup. Which she denied both and told me to give her benadryl. I am transferring my kids out of SRC. She is aweful!

I saw this NP a couple years ago and I think it is worth leaving a review even though it is late. Rae is the type of (provider) that, in my opinion, taints the whole profession. When I saw her, she automatically assumed that I wanted narcotics even though I never once asked for anything. The entire visit she was on the defensive, and was never able to even hear what I was saying.
