Not what I expected
Had a good visit with Rachele however, don't plan on getting out of there in under 2.5 hours. She took nearly 2 hours of time for an appointment that should have taken 30-45 minutes. Yes, she was thorough but she has no follow through. Took a bunch of labs and has yet to review and advise on those labs, which is bit concerning. For anyone needing medical advice, I don't suggest her as your go to medical practioner. No follow through and does not reply to communication in timely fashion.

Rachele and all of the office staff were incredibly welcoming, warm and professional. Wait times were very short and clear explanations were given for every step/test/instruction. This has to be - by far - the most thorough and comfortable health care visit I've ever had in my life (which is saying something, as I'm in my 50's!)

Had a medical concern, left feeling interrogated..
I'm shocked that someone like Rachele Khadjehturian hasn't had her medical license revoked at this point. When I first walked in with a medical concern, I left feeling interrogated. For example, Rachele asked if I drink and I told her socially. Rachele proceeded to ask me if I drink & drive, a question which I felt was totally inappropriate and had nothing to do with my purpose of being there. She even goes on to the topic of why why wearing a seatbelt is important and to always put on sunscreen. Again, totally off topic to my original medical concern and it felt like I was taking driver's ed. I was being reprimanded by Rachele and I felt she was judging my morals and character. I advise anyone to who comes in contact with her to steer clear with this judgmental person with her misuse of authority. It has really damaged my trust in medical professions to this day. Something which I thought I can speak freely to and have the doctor-patient confidentiality without judgment.
