Wonderful all around. Scheduling was simple. The front desk staff is caring, even when patients are rude. The nurse actually cared and didn’t rush me. The NP made sure I had all the info I needed with my diagnosis of Covid, and offered a work note before I could even remember to ask. Everything was clean and professional!

She saw my sister in the Kendallville Office at First Care as a walk in patient because my sister's family doctor was out sick. My sister has the start of Edema of both legs which was resulting in the state of cellulitis. Rachel stated on her chart Blood pooling in veins primary and Accumulation of fluid in tissues. She told my sister that there was a cream she could give her to help keep the skin moist of both legs and some ace bandage wrap to wrap them. Never got the cream. only wraps.

Amazing provider! She is always a delight, has a friendly smile and a warm heart. She has Anne multiple members of my family. No matter how busy they are at the clinic, she gives us time, attention and education to best understand our diagnosis.
